Life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. I am happy to find another date and time that fits for you. If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. If cancelling within 4 hours of the appointment time, it is considered a no-show and the full amount of the service is due. Payment will be required at the time of booking for all future appointments.
